tick, tick … BOOM! is a rock and roll musical that deals with finding a balance between art, love, friendship and life. In exploring this relationship; the brevity, complexity and beauty of life is discovered and underlined.
So, in presenting this piece, we wanted to let the art reach outside the four walls of the theatre and benefit the very life, love and friendship we’re all fighting for. In that spirit, we will be donating the proceeds of this production to The American Cancer Society.
It is next to impossible to find anyone who hasn’t been affected by cancer. We all know a friend, a partner…a father who is dealing with or has dealt with the disease. It is far too easy to be paralyzed by fear and pain … to be lost.
So, this time around…we’ve chosen to sing. We’ve chosen to fight. We’ve chosen to rock! We urge you to come and rock with us. By coming together in music and art…we will be raising money…we will be standing up and fighting for ourselves, for those we love, and for those who can no longer fight for themselves.
